1.      What kind of pets do you allow?  Do you permit exotic pets? Cats or Dogs 25 lbs or less (non-aggressive breeds only).  Exotic pets accepted.   2.      How many pets may I have? Yes, less damages.   5.      If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? Military and police officers only.   6.      What utilities are included in my lease? Gas and Water.   7.      How long is the term of the lease? 12-months.   8.      Do you accept leases for short terms? No.   9.      If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Call the management office or submit online.   10.  When is my rent payment due? Rent is due on the 1st of the month.   11.  What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? Late charges are assessed on the 6th.   12.  Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?      No           13.  Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?                        There is a rent drop box for after hours payments.   14.  There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Up to 3 months.  After 3 months, must fill out an application and be added to the lease.   15.  Do you have reserved parking? No.   16.  I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In a parking space.   17.  My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.  Please notify the office.   18.  Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes, by signing a satellite addendum and providing insurance of the company installing.   19.  Do you have cable services? Yes, Comcast Cable.   20.  Will you accept my delivery packages for me? No.
